Crypto trading journal

The crypto trading journal for spot and futures history

A crypto trading journal connects each trade's result with the decision behind it. Pro Trading Journal lets you record trades, import a compatible CSV, or connect a read-only exchange key, then review recorded costs and tag setups and mistakes. Start with one closed trade; capital and goal settings can wait until you need them.

50 free trades a month. No wallet connection. Read-only exchange keys.

What a crypto trading journal tracks

Record the symbol, direction, quantity, entry and exit prices, trade time, and available fees. Supported futures history also includes recorded funding. Net P&L uses those costs; missing exchange records are not estimates of every charge. Add a strategy, setup, mistake and session tag to give the result context. Review win rate alongside expectancy (average result per trade) and drawdown (the decline from an equity peak), rather than judging the week by one winner.

How exchange sync works

Starter includes 50 new trades each calendar month and 1 spot exchange connection, with sync started manually. Pro supports automatic spot and supported futures sync across up to 10 exchanges: Binance, Bitget, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, Kraken, KuCoin, Gate.io, HTX, and Crypto.com. The history available depends on the exchange and key permissions. Keep trading, transfer and withdrawal permissions disabled; the journal uses read access only.

Crypto trading journal or spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet works well for custom columns and a small trade history. A journal is useful when you want a consistent review of entries, exits, recorded costs and repeated mistakes, with fewer formulas to maintain. Keep a sheet for research or tax workings if you need it. You can record trades manually or upload a CSV that follows the journal's template; arbitrary exchange exports may need conversion. Use the spreadsheet comparison and exchange guides below to choose a workflow that fits your history.

Questions

Is this only for crypto?

The journal is crypto-first, including read-only sync from the supported exchanges. Charts on the same account also cover US stocks and the Pakistan Stock Exchange. One plan covers every market. There is no per-market upgrade.

Do I have to connect an exchange?

No. You can log trades manually or import a CSV that matches the Pro Trading Journal template. An arbitrary spreadsheet or broker export may need its columns converted first. A supported read-only exchange key is another option.

Can I tag trades on the free plan?

Yes. Starter includes strategy, setup, mistake and session tags for your trade reviews. Pro adds the Psychology & Discipline workflow, including plans, emotions and reflections. A manual mistake tag and an automatic behavior analysis are different features.

What does the free plan include?

Starter stays free. It includes 50 new trades each month and 1 exchange, synced by hand. No card.

What does Pro cost?

Pro is $24 a month or $199 a year, prepaid in USDC on Solana. Nothing renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel. A 7-day refund goes to an address you confirm, not back to the sending address. Pro syncs all 10 supported exchanges automatically.
